摘要
从我国高校竞技体育发展现状入手,分析高校发展竞技体育的困境与矛盾,以及与国家制度供给的关系,研究认为:我国高校竞技体育发展乏力深层次原因,是制度的有效供给不足或缺失,没有得到资源的重新配置和利益分享,国家在制度上还没有创造出高校竞技体育预期的发展空间,并认为,高校竞技体育的发展的核心问题,是国家提供有效的制度供给,将制度性基础建设放在首要地位.
This research commences from the our country competitive sports in college development present condition, analyze the outstanding problem and nation of the university a series of system that supply, study to think： The our country university competitive sports develops insufficiency, and key reason is system in short supply or imperfection, didn＇t get relocation of resources of benefits sharing, haven＇t yet create on the system the development space of college competitive sports, and think, the core problem is a nation to provide valid system to supply, putting the system infrastructure in the initial position.
