摘要
构建基本现代化医院既是当前正在实践的发展模式,又是军队医院远期发展的必然趋势。本文从战略角度分析了基本现代化军队医院的理论体系及人文、创新、智能、法制、卫勤和环保指数,结合空军总医院实践,阐释了在学科建设、绩效评估、科技创新、卫勤保障四方面的实践试验。
The constrution of primary modem hospital is not only present development style but also the future trend of hospital development. We explored the theory system of the establishing primary modem military hospital, and further elaborated the strategies of human - culture, innovation, intelligence, legal system, medical service and environmental protection index. At last the practical experiences to build up primary modem hospital were introduced from aspects as subject construction, performance evaluation, innovation of sci-tech, and medical support.
