摘要
采用ＰＣＲ技术，从人肝ｃＤＮＡ文库中扩增获得了１５ｋｂ的脂多糖结合蛋白（ＬＢＰ）的全长基因．序列分析表明。
Human lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) gene was cloned from a human liver cDNA library by PCR. Sequencing result showed that the amino acid sequence coded by this gene is identical to that of the latest reported human LBP.
