摘要
没有良好的生态环境就没有经济的可持续发展和人类的进步。当前我国城市环境明显改善,但农村环境持续恶化。本文分析了造成这种差异的主要原因是城乡环境保护存在法律、体制、监管和投入等方面的差距,导致农村环保受重视的程度较低,影响了可持续发展和生态文明的建设。
Where there is no good ecological environment there will be no sustainable economic development and human progress. China＇ s current urban environment has been improved significantly, but the rural environ- ment has become even worse. This paper analyzes the main reason for this difference, and points out that it is the gaps in laws, systems, supervisions and inputs existing between the urban and the rural environmental protections that leads to the insufficient attention to the rural environmental protection, thereby affecting the sustainable development and construction of ecological civilization.
