摘要
社会的快速发展,信息化的冲击,代际现象的加剧,是导致文化反哺现象产生的原因,认识文化反哺的作用,认识学校文化建设中存在的问题,转变观念,强化学生认同,构建一种动态、开放、多元、互动的学校文化,是值得我们去认真探讨的重要问题。
With the rapid development of modern society and the information technology, the cultural reciprocation has e- merged in recent years . In order to understand the role of cultural reciprocation , especially in the campus culture building, the school should change their concept of cultural construction to strengthen student identity and to build a dynamic , open and interactive campus euhure.
