摘要
用Sepharose-6B凝胶层析法纯化原代地鼠肾细胞狂犬病苗,可去除绝大部分杂蛋白,总蛋白含量减少99.4%以上,纯化后抗原比活性提高210倍,单位疫苗剂量中牛血清含量降低18.7倍以上。方法简单,价廉。
After twenty folods concentrated,Human rabies vaccine prepared from primary hamster kidney cell was purified on a sepharose6B agrose chromatography columm,The final product was purified to be 212-folds,contain of 14.5μg/IU of protein and no more than 1.94ng/IU of fetal calf serum.The recovery was aboout 100%.This method can be used in large-scale production.
