摘要
利用循环伏安法(CV)对碱液电积铅过程中铜离子的行为进行考察分析,结果表明,铜的析出电位比铅高,在电积铅时,铜会在阴极上析出并影响电积铅的质量;采用铅粉置换法去除溶液中的铜,取得了较好效果;重点研究了铅粉投加量、反应时间、温度等因素对铜离子去除的影响。按Pb/Cu(摩尔比)=2:1投加铅粉,30℃时反应15 min,绝大部分铜离子可被置换去除,溶液中剩余铜离子浓度低于30 mg/L。
The influence of copper iom on Pb electrowining was analyzed and detected by cyclic vohammetry. Since the reduction potential of lead was less than the deposition potential of copper, the deposition of copper was preferentially achieved at cathode, followed hy the deposition of lead. The quality of Pb product was reduced by the discharge of Cu. Lead powder was used to purfy the leaching solution. The main operating parameters, including Pb/Cu (molar ratio), time, temperature, were selected and optimized. It was fouud that most Cu can he removed hy lead powder with a Pb/Cu of 2 at 30 ℃ in 15 minutes, and the effluent concentration of copper ion in solution was less than 30 mg/L.
