摘要
中国饮茶文化的发展在历史上是随茶叶制造技术而演变,饮茶方式和习惯的不同是随朝代的不同而有变化。主要经历了唐代团茶的煮饮到宋代的末茶点注,明清以来的叶茶冲泡的演变过程。在唐代茶文化的繁荣期,通过传播中国文化的僧人们将中国茶文化传入日本,日本结合禅宗和本国文化传统,完成了对中国茶文化的改造,形成一套完整规范的茶文化和日本独特的茶道文化。
The development of Chinese tea drinking culture in history has been changing with the tea-- processing technology. On the other hand, Tea drinking styles and habits has been altering with different dynasties. Roughly, Tea drinking culture experiences three phases: "Rounds" in Tang dynasty, "mattya" in Song dynasty and "leaf tea" making in Ming and Qing dynasty. During the Tang dynasty, in which tea drinking culture is prosperous and wide--spread, monks who prefer to spread Chinese cuhure bring the tea drinking culture to Japan. Then, The Japanese combines Zen Buddhism with the conventional culture and transforms the Chinese tea drinking culture into a new as well as completely formal tea culture. In this way, the unique and special Japanese sado comes into being.
