摘要
对寄生于实验大鼠肠道常见的5种鞭毛虫:曲滴虫、人五毛滴虫、田鼠四毛滴虫、微小三毛滴虫和鼠三毛滴虫进行了光镜和扫描电镜的观察,对各虫体的形态、运动状态,及鞭毛、肋、波动膜、轴柱、核等细胞结构进行了描述。根据虫体的形态,将人五毛滴虫和田鼠四毛滴虫归为人型鞭毛虫,将鼠三毛滴虫和微小三毛滴虫归为鼠型鞭毛虫。在扫描电镜下见人五毛滴虫的3根鞭毛从3个不同部位发出,这与已有观察结果相异。
The five common intestinal flagellates in laboratory rats,Retortamonas sp.,Pentatri- chomonas hominis, Tetratrichomonas microti, Tritrichomonas minuta and Tritrichomonasmuris were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. The movement,the shape and the organelle systems such as flagellum,costa,undulating membrance,axostyle and nucleus of each species under the light microscope were described. On the basis of morphology, Pentatrichomonas hominis and Tetratrichomonas microti were classified into hominis - type flagellate ;Tritrichomonas minuta and Tritrichomonas muris were classified into muris - type flagellate. Through the scanning electron microscope, it was observed that three flagella of Pentatrichomonas hominis were arisen from three different anterior parts of the trophozoite, that differed from the traditional morphological acknowledge- ment.
