摘要
2010年上海世博会日趋临近,城市交通面临着巨大的压力。停车换乘是一种缓解道路拥挤、优化交通结构的有效途径,而上海F1国际赛车场停车换乘枢纽承担着截留江苏方向自驾车参观世博客流的任务。通过对停车换乘枢纽、园区周边路网和上海市快速路系统细致的调查和枢纽客流特性的分析,讨论停车换乘枢纽的交通组织原则,提出社会车辆进出组织、枢纽内部组织、公共交通组织在内的多套比选组织方案,并对组织方案进行定性的评价分析。
Shanghai faces huge traffic pressure, as the expos in 2010 is closing. Parking and riding is an effective method to resolve the congestion and optimize the traffic structure. According to plans, the parking and riding hinge at The Shanghai International Circuit is charged to absorb a part of passengers driving private vehicles from Jiangsu province to visit the expos. Several plans have been put forward to organize buses and social vehicles during the process of entering, parking and leaving with the qualitative analysis by investigating the highways system and the road net around The Shanghai International Circuit and the exposition zone. In addition, organization principles have been discussed.
