阿魏酸钠降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的观察

SODIUM FERULATE IN REDUCING THE LEVEL OF URINARY PROTEIN IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

摘要 目的观察阿魏酸钠降低糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的临床效果。方法将18例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组9例,在常规治疗的基础上,用静脉滴注阿魏酸钠300 mg,每日1次,连续15 d。对照组给常规治疗,治疗前后分别测定两组患者的24h尿蛋白量、血肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率、胆固醇及空腹血糖,并进行组内及组间比较。结果两组患者尿蛋白均显著下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);对照组治疗后较治疗前内生肌酐清除率显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组显著高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿魏酸钠能明显降低糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of .sodium ferulate on the level of urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 18 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into lhe treatment group treated with routine therapy and intraveneous drip of 300mg of sodium ferulate , once a day, for 15 days and the contrast group treated with routine therapy. The levels of 24-hour urinary protein, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, cholesterol and fasting bloodglucose as well as the clearance rate of internal creatinine were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of urinary protein in both groups were reduced obviously, more obviously in the treatment group than in the contast group( P 〈0.01 ). The level of internal creatinine was reduced more obviously than before the the treatments in the contrast group( P〈0.01), while increased more obviously than before the treatment in the treatment groupand than in the contrast group ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Sodium ferulate can be used to reduce the level of urinary protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
