摘要
目的探讨累及眼部的儿童Stevens-Johnson综合征的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1998年1月至2008年6月住院资料齐全6例患儿的临床表现、治疗方法和效果。结果6例患儿经手术联合药物治疗后,患眼眼表结构及功能均有不同程度的改善。结论累及眼部的儿童Stevens-Johnson综合征采取多途径、多步骤的综合治疗,特别是急性期的治疗,效果理想。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and the treatments of with Stevens - Johnson syndrome （SJS） involving eyes of children. Methods Retrospective study on the clinical manifestations, the treatments and the curative effects of SJS in 6 cases treated in our hospital from January 1998 to June 2008. Results After operations and drug treatments, the ocular surface structures were reconstructed and the ocular surface functions were improved. Conclusion Combined therapy can be adopted to treat Stevens--Johnmn syndrome involving eyes especially at acute stage in children.
