摘要
目的探讨654-2及肝素股动脉注射配合有效的护理干预对早期糖尿病下肢血管病变的影响。方法85例经彩色多普勒检查诊断为糖尿病下肢血管病变的糖尿病患者给予654-2 10 mg、肝素50 mg加生理盐水6 mL股动脉注射,每日1次,10次为1个疗程后,再予以彩色多普勒复查,对前后超声数据进行统计分析。结果治疗后患者下肢麻木、疼痛及足凉等症状减轻或消失,彩色多普勒复查显示血液动力学指标明显改善,下肢动脉的内径增宽、频谱变窄及加速度/减速度比值减小(P<0.01)。结论654-2及肝素股动脉注射配合有效的护理干预对治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效确切、安全、经济、实用,无明显毒副作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of intrafemoral injection of 654-2 and heparin on early diabetic lower extremity arterial disease. Methods 85 diabetic patients diagnosed with lower extremity arterial disease detected by colored Doppler were given 10mg of 654-2 and 50mg of heparin and 6mL of normal saline intrafemorally every day for 10 days. The patients were re-examined by colored Doppler, and the ultrasonic data were analyzed. Results The numbness, pain and leg cold were obviously relieved or disappeared. The Doppler images showed that the hemodynamic indexes were significantly improved. The diameter of the vessels increased, the spectrum narrowed, and the ratio of acceleration/deceleration decreased. Conclusion Intrafemoral injection of 654-2 and heparin with effective nursing intervention is firmly effective, safe, cost-effective and can be applied to treat diabetic lower extremity arterial disease without obvious side or toxic effects.
