摘要
目的探讨新型超声刀在胃癌根治术中使用的效果及技巧。方法回顾性分析了使用新型超声刀进行胃癌根治术(超声刀组)㈦常规胃癌根治手术(常规手术组)进行淋巴结清扫所⒚手术时间、出血量及术后引流量。结果使用新型超声刀进行胃癌淋巴结清扫所用手术时间、术中出血量及术后3d引流量均明显少于常规手术组,两组淋巴结检出率差异无统计学意义。结论在胃癌根治术中⒚新型超声刀进行淋巴结清扫安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of new type ultrasonically activated scalpel（UAS） in radical resection of gastric carcinoma. Methods One hundred and five cases undergoing radical resection of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. They were divided into two groups randomly. Blood loss volume, operating time in lymphadenectomy, drainage volume of first three days after operation were recorded and compared between two groups. Results Operating time, blood loss volume, drainage volume of first three days in UAS group were significantly less than those in the conventional procedure group. Conclusions Using new type UAS in lym phadenectomy of gastric carcinoma radical resection is a safe and effective surgery procedure.
