摘要
在信息现代化高速发展的今天,高校数字化档案信息资源的共享成为社会进步的助推器。要建设好高校数字化档案信息平台,必须要遵循以下原则:标准化原则、完整性原则、个性化原则、共享性原则、安全性原则、维权性原则等。这样高校档案信息资源才能有效地采集、保存、利用,实现高校档案信息快速的传输,发挥高校档案信息在经济建设中的服务作用。
As the modernization of information develops rapidly, the sharing of digital information resources in institutions of higher education has been facilitating progress of the society. A desirable platform of digital archives in universities requires such principles to be followed as standardization, integrity, individualization, willingness to share, security, and rights safeguarding. Only when these requirements are satisfied will digital information resources be effectively collected, preserved, and utilized to achieve rapid transmission and play a service function in economic development.
