摘要
指出图书资料系列高级职称评审条件的不足，在对比教师系列和图书资料系列高级职称评审条件的基础上，就图书资料专业学术论文列为评定图书资料系列中、高级（特别是高级）专业技术职务的“硬性”条件的做法予以了肯定，指出了将其作为“硬性”条件存在的必要性，对论文条件中和实际操作中出现的一些问题进行了分析探讨，并提出了科学合理、相应操作性强的改进建议。参考文献7。
This paper is pointing out the condition deficiency of the library data series senior title. Compared with the senior title of the teacher and the library data series, we give the possessiveness that the paper condition is the most important and necessary. The author gives the deep analysis of the problems in the paper condition and the practice and offers the scientific and rational suggestion. 7 Refs.
