再生障碍性贫血患者输注红细胞治疗前后血清SOD和红细胞免疫功能检测的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨再生障碍性贫血患者在输注红细胞治疗前后血清SOD和红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法:应用化学法和单克隆抗体法对32例再生障碍性贫血患者进行了血清SOD和红细胞免疫功能的检测,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果:再生障碍性贫血患者在治疗前血清SOD、RBC-C3bR水平显著降低(P<0.01),而RBC-ICR水平显著升高(P<0.01),经治疗1个月后,除SOD水平与正常人组比较无显著性差异外(P>0.05),RBC-C3bR和RBC-ICR水平与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:再生障碍性贫血患者存在严重的红细胞免疫调节紊乱,检测患者输注红细胞治疗前后血清SOD和红细胞免疫功能的变化对其病情发展和预后判断具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To explore the changes of serum SOD contents red blood cell immune-function status after leukocyte deduced red blood cells transfusion in patients with aplastic anemia.Methods Serum SOD levels were measured with bio-chemistry and the red blood cell C3b receptor(RBC-C3bR) and red blood cell immune complex(RBC-ICR)(with monoclonalantibody) were measured in 32 patients with aplastic anemia both before and after transfusion and 35 controls.Results Before treatment,the RBC-C3bR percentage and serum SOD levels in the patients were significantly lower than in the controls(P〈0.01),while the RBC-ICR percentage were significantly higher(P〈0.01).One month,after treatment the serum SOD levels in the patients were not significantly different from those in controls(P〉0.05).However,the RBC-C3bR and RBC-ICR percentages,though markedly corrected,remained significantly different from those in controls.Conclusion Determination of serum SOD level and red blood cell immune function status is clinically useful for management in patients with aplastic anemia.
