摘要 氙气是一种惰性麻醉气体,可提供安全有效的麻醉,具有镇痛较深、血流动力学稳定、诱导迅速、苏醒快、副作用小等特点,且对心血管系统影响小。氙气也可能对心脏手术和卒中后的认知功能障碍有治疗作用。本文对其在心脏外科麻醉中的应用进行综述。 Xenon is an inert anesthetic gas,which provides effective and safe anesthesia with the advantages of hemodynamic stability,rapid recovery,minimal side effects,profound analgesia and less cardiovascular depression.Xenon may also have therapeutic effect for cognitive deficit reduction after cardiac surgery and stroke.The author summarized the use of xenon in cardiovascular anesthesia.
