摘要
目的科学评价退热宁胶囊的解热及体外抗菌作用。方法通过酵母致大鼠发热实验,观察退热宁胶囊的解热作用;通过对金黄色葡萄球菌等菌种的体外抑菌实验,观察退热宁胶囊的抗菌作用。结果退热宁胶囊对酵母引起的大鼠发热有明显解热作用,能够抑制细菌的生长。结论退热宁胶囊有解热、抗菌的作用。
Objective To assess the antipyretic and vitro antibacterial effect of Tuirening Capsule.Methods The antipyretic effect was observed by yeast-induced fever test and antibacterial effect was observed by antibacterial test of Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.Results Tuirening Capsule had antipyretic effect on yeast-induced fever of rats,and it could inhibit the growth of bacteria.Conclusion Tuirening Capsule has antipyretic and anti-bacterial effect.
