摘要
经济适用房补贴方式的选择对于经济适用房政策的成败起着关键作用。我国现有经济适用房补贴方式在现有的经济环境下存在着种种弊端,有必要对我国经济适用房补贴方式进行改革。本文从我国实际出发,提出我国经济适用房改革的方向是实行"人头补贴",并提出我国完善经济适用房补贴方式的对策建议。
Proper styles of subsidy are key to the success of economic housing policy. There are various defects exiting in the current housing subsidies style under the current situation, so it is necessary to reform it. In view of the present conditions, the author thought that ＂capitation subsidy＂ should be a suitable way of china＇s economic housing subsidy. Meanwhile, some suggestions were provided to improve the economic housing subsidy style.
