摘要
血液和头发是两种最好的活体生物指示器。血铅检测和发铅检测在铅中毒诊断中可互为补充。从测定结果的总不确定度、重现性、储存稳定性和铅中毒流行率4个方面对血铅测定和发铅测定的可靠性作了比较,表明发铅测定不仅与血铅测定同样可靠,而且取样更安全,方法更简便,更适合用作铅中毒筛查或流行病学调查,并可作追溯性检查和核对。
Blood and hair are the two best living organisms indicator. Blood lead testing and hair lead testing have their own characteristics, in the diagnosis of lead poisoning can be complementary. For a long time, people seem to prefer the blood testing, the identification of hair misunderstanding or erroneous understanding, it was even the assumption of lead concentration in hair ＂can not provide any useful information. ＂ This paper results from the total uncertainty measurement of reproducibility, storage stability, and the prevalence of lead poisoning in these four aspects of blood lead determination and hair lead determination were compared, indicating that hair lead determination and blood lead determination is not only measured the same reliable, and sampling more secure, method is more simple, is more suitable for lead poisoning screening or epidemiological investigations, and may make retrospective examination and checking.
