摘要
[目的]探讨老年重型颅脑外伤病人的临床观察与护理。[方法]严密观察84例老年重型颅脑外伤的意识、瞳孔、生命体征变化,加强原发病的治疗及基础护理,预防各种并发症。[结果]治愈51例,中残13例,重残9例,自动出院8例,死亡3例。[结论]对老年重型颅脑外伤病人采取积极有效的治疗和护理措施对降低病死率和致残率有着极其重要的意义。
Objective： To probe into clinical observation and nursing care of old patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods：A total of 84 old patients with severe cranioeerebral trauma were closely observed on awareness, the pupil and changes in vital signs. They were strengthened treatment and basic care of primary diseases and prevented all kinds of complications. Results：Totally 51 cases healed. And 13 cases were with moderate disability, 9 cases with severe disability; 8 cases discharged automatically. And 3 cases died. Conclusion：To take active and effective treatment and nursing measures for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma has an extremely important significance for reducing mortality and disability rate of them
