摘要
目的观察自拟抗甲减方联合左甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者的临床疗效,评价其对甲减的治疗作用及优势。方法选择符合中医和西医诊断标准的甲减患者60例,治疗组30例采用自拟抗甲减方加减合并应用左甲状腺素片治疗;对照组30例单独应用左甲状腺素片治疗。两组疗程均为3个月。观察甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗前后的血清学指标、中医症状、体征改善情况。结果两组治疗后血清甲状腺激素、中医证候均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为53.3%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论抗甲减方治疗甲减疗效满意,中西药联合治疗有明显优势。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self - prepared Kang Jia Jian Fang in combination with levothyroxine tablets on hypothyroidism and assess the actions and advantages of this combined therapy for hypothyroidism. Methods 50 cases were selected in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicines for hypothyroidism. In treatment group （ 30 cases） , modified self - prepared Kang Jia Jian Fang and levothyroxine tablets were administered in combination. In control group （30 cases） , only levothyroxine tablets were administered. The course of treatment was 3 months in two groups. The improvements in serologic indexes, symptoms of Chinese medicine and physical signs before and after treatment were observed. Results The obvious improvements were obtained in serum thyroid hormone and syndromes of Chinese medicine after treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and was 53.3% in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Kang Jia Jian Fang achieves satisfactory efficacy on hypothyroidism and the combined Chinese and western medication is much advantageous in treatment.
