摘要
进口仪器设备采购工作在高校中的地位日益突出，但在实际采购过程中仍存在不足之处。结合实际工作，阐述进口仪器设备采购过程中应注意的事项，并提出了前期充分准备、掌控采购执行过程、各部门统一协调的诸多合理化建议。
Imported instruments and equipment purchasing play an increasingly important role along with the increasing quantity and value. There are a number of insufficiencies in the actual process of purchasing. According to the actual situation, this paper discusses the point of attention in the process of the instruments and equipment purchasing. And some reasonable suggestions including full preparation, process of purchasing con trolling and cooperation of different departments are put forward.
