摘要
采用相转换法制备了平均孔径小1μm 的新型含酞侧基可溶性聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)微孔滤膜,讨论了膜液组分、添加剂含量、凝固浴温度等参数对膜性能的影响,用扫描电镜观察了膜的形态结构。
A novel polyetherketone(PEK-C) microfiltration membrane pre-
pared by a phase inversion technique was reported in this paper.
The standard properties of PEK-C MF membrane can be summarized
as follows.thickness 100—200μm; average pore size<1.0μm;over-
all porosity 75—90%; pure water flux 50—500ml/cm^2hr(under2.0kg
/cm^2 applied pressure); tensile strength 3.0—5.0MPa (25℃).
The main factors(polymer concentration, additiv content and
temperature of gelation) effecting the membrane performances have
been studied.
The morphological structures of the PEK-C MF membrane were
observed by SEM.The results indicated that membranes have open pore
spongy structures.
