摘要
本文研究了用比重法准确测量、计算液膜过程中的夹带溶胀及渗透溶胀率,提出了合理假定及计算公式,并通过粒径分析得到了验证。结果表明:乳化液膜的总溶胀率η_t=d-d_0/d_a-d+ε-1/1+φ·d_a-d_w/d_a-d,渗透溶胀率η_2=ε-1/1+φ;夹带溶胀η_1=d-d_0/d_a-d+ε-1/1+φ·d-d_w/d_a-d以上工作为今后进一步研究溶胀打下了基础。
In this paper,precisely estimating and measuring of two types of
emulsion swelling:water permeation and entrainment by a density
method have been studied.The resonable suppositions and formulas
have been proposed and confirmed by PARTICLE SIZER.Results
indicate that the total swelling ratio
η_1=d-d_0/d_a+ε-1/1+Φ·d_a-d_w/d_a-d;
the entrainment swelling vatio
η_1=d-d_(?)/d_(?)-d+ε-1/1+Φ·d-d_w/d_(?)-d;
the water permeation swelling ratio
η_2=ε-1/1+Φ
These results are useful for further researching work of the emulsion
swelling.
