摘要
基于哈根-伯肃叶公式,建立了考虑各种流动损失的飞机典型燃油管路系统的失效模型,采用蒙特卡洛法进行可靠性建模,在考虑管长、管直径和液体密度等参数随机分布的基础上,利用该模型分析了不同飞行状态下和使用不同渐扩管时飞机燃油管路系统的功能可靠性。并利用蒙特卡洛法对燃油管路的功能可靠性灵敏度进行了分析。研究结果可为飞机燃油管道系统设计和评估提供依据。
Based on Hagen- Poiseuille formula, failure model of typical aircrafts' fuel pipelines is established considered series of flow losses. Monte- Carlo method is introduced to analysis the model's reliability. Then, random parameters such as pipe length, pipe diameter and fluid density are considered, and the reliability of fuel pipelines in different flight states using different gradual enlarged pipes is analyzed. Finally, sensitivity of the fuel pipeline's functional reliability is explored and pipe length is chief factor which influences functional reliability. Finally, the parameter sensitivity has been also analysized by Monte- Carlo method. The results in this paper can help in design and evaluation of aircrafts' fuel pipelines.
