半刚性螺栓球节点受力性能理论与试验研究 被引量:23

NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMEANTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL CHARACTERS OF BOLT-BALL JOINT SYSTEM

摘要 国内常用的螺栓球节点是典型的半刚性节点。基于半刚性螺栓球节点的受力性能,在ANSYS软件中,利用实体单元和接触单元建立了三种螺栓球节点的三维数值实体模型。并考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性,研究了螺栓球节点的弯曲刚度特征,得出了节点数值模拟模型的弯矩-转角曲线。并通过试验验证了数值模拟的准确可行性,表明了这种数值模拟方法是模拟螺栓球节点受力性能的一种正确有效的方法,从而为螺栓球节点及其它半刚性节点的设计与应用提供参考。 The bolt-ball joint system widely used in china is a typical semi-rigid joint. Based on the mechanical characters of bolt-ball joint system, three-dimensional solid models of three bolt-ball joints are established through software ANSYS using solid elements and contact elements. With the geometric and material nonlinearities taken into consideration, the bending stiffness of bolt-ball joint is analyzed and the moment-rotation curves are obtained. Experimental study is also carried out to obtain the moment-rotation curves of the bolt-ball joint to verify the numerical simulation results. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical ones, indicating that the numerical simulation is accurate and effective to simulate the bolt-bali's mechanical characters. This numerical simulation results can serve as technical reference for design and application of the bolt-ball joint and other semi-rigid joints.
