摘要
目前,SCR技术是燃煤电站应用最多且技术较为成熟的烟气脱硝技术。文章系统地介绍了SCR法脱硝原理,并分析了影响SCR烟气脱硝技术性能的一些因素及应对措施,主要包括:催化剂活性、烟气温度、SO2转化率、NH3的逃逸。通过介绍,对SCR脱硝技术在实际的运行操作具有积极的指导意义。
SCR technique for flue gas denitrification has been applied widely and successfully to the coal-fire power plants at present. The principle of SCR De-NOx technology has been systematically introduced in the paper and some factors influencing the performance of SCR and the countermeasures have been analized which includes the activity of catalyst, temperature of flue gas, conversion rate of SO2, NHa slip, and so on. The significance of the principle of SCR and the active meaning of guidance for the practical operation have been deeply understood based on the explanation .
