摘要
目的探讨高分辨率ＣＴ（ＨＲＣＴ）对鼻区外伤的临床应用价值。方法对５０例鼻区复合骨折患者行ＨＲＣＴ检查，层厚２ｍｍ，鼻区靶扫描，骨算法重建成像。结果５０例鼻区复合骨折中均有鼻骨骨折，伴发上颌骨额突骨折４３例，泪骨骨折２９例，额骨鼻部骨折１６例，眶壁骨折２４例；伴发鼻颌缝分离错位３６例，鼻额缝分离１４例，泪颌缝分离１８例，鼻骨间缝分离９例，额颌缝分离１０例。结论ＨＲＣＴ检查能细致地显示鼻区部骨结构，对鼻区复合性骨折的部位、程度及伴发改变观察全面、准确，是具有重要临床价值的检查方法。
Purpose To study the clinical value of HRCT diagnosing injuries of the nasal region. Methods Fifty cases with complex fractures of the nasal region shown on HRCT were reviewed. HRCT was performed with slice thickness of 2mm and bone algorithm. Results In 50 cases of fracture of nasal bone, fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone was found in 43 cases, fracture of lacrimal bone in 29 cases and fracture of orbital walls in 24 cases. Separation of nasomaxillary suture was found in 36 cases, nasofrontal suture in 14 cases, lacrimo maxillary suture in 18 cases and internasal suture in 9 cases. Conclusion HRCT could accurately display the bony details in the nasal region including location, extent and secondary changes of complex fractures.
