摘要
目的:探索4(2氯乙氧基)二苯酮的合成条件,包括原料配比、反应时间等。方法:用不同的方法合成相转移催化剂(三乙基苄基氯化铵),然后通过改变反应条件,得到不同产率的4(2氯乙氧基)二苯酮。结果:当水与1.2二氯乙烷的配比是1∶2而其它条件不变时,产率增加11.5%。结论:在合成4(2氯乙氧基)二苯酮的过程中,水与1,2二氯乙烷的配比显著影响反应产率。
Objective:In order to find the best condition for the synthesis of 4 (2 chloroethoxy)benzophenone,including the proportion of material,the time of reaction.Methods:Phase transfer catalyst(benzyltriethyl amonium chloride) was prepared with different methods previously reported.The reactional conditions were changed to obtain the various yields of 4 (2 chloroethoxy)benzophenone.Results:When the proportion of water and 1,2 dichloroethane was 1∶2,and other conditions were not changed,the yield was increased by 11.5 %.Conclusion:In the synthesis of 4 (2 chloroethoxy)benzophenone,the proportion of water and 1,2 dichloroethane obviously affects the yield.
