摘要
目的探讨扶绥县胃癌发病率变化趋势。方法对扶绥县1974～2005年胃癌发病登记报告资料进行分析。结果显示1974～2005年扶绥县男、女性胃癌年均发病率分别为12.71/10万、5.41/10万。中国标准人口调整发病率分别为11.47/10万、4.88/10万;世界标准人口调整发病率分别为18.88/10万、6.45/10万。结论扶绥县1974～2005年男性胃癌发病率呈明显上升趋势。应加强胃癌综合防治工作,以降低胃癌发病率。
Objective To investigate the incidence trend of gastric cancer in Fusui County. Methods The gastric cancer incidence was analyzed by using the data from cancer registration in Fusui County from 1974 to 2005. Results The crude incidences of gastric cancer in Fusui male and female were 12.71/10^5 and 5.41/10^5 respectively. While the incidences of gastric cancer adjusted by Chinese standard population were 11.47/10^5 in male and 4. 88/10^5 in female, and the incidences adjusted by world standard population were 18. 88/10^5 in male and 6.45/10^5 in female. Conclusions The increasing trend in incidence of gastric cancer in Fusui male form 1974 to 2005 is obvious.
