摘要
以红富士苹果为实验材料,研究紫外线降解苹果中有机磷农药降解情况。研究结果表明:用波长为253.7nm紫外光,有效强度为2243μW/cm2分别照射载有有机磷农药的苹果7、5、3、1min和对照(载药苹果阴干不作处理)相比,对照的农药残留降解率极低,紫外线照射时间5min的对甲胺磷的降解率是66.10%,对敌敌畏的降解率是66.49%,对久效磷的降解率是52.40%。都显著优于对照,综合效果最好。
The effects of degradation of pesticide residues of Red Fuji apple by Ultraviolet Disinfection treatment was studied in this paper. The result of research indicates that:The Ultraviolet Disinfection of 253.7 nm wavelength and 2243 μW/cm2 effectual intensity treated the apple with methamidophos,dichlorovos,monoc-rotophos for 7 minutes,5 minutes,3 minutes,1 minutes. Don t treat as CK The Ultraviolet Disinfection treatment was better than CK obviously. The degradation ratio of methamidophos,dichlorovos,monocrotophos residue were 66.10%, 66.49% and 52.40% for 5 minutes. Respetively analysis by synthesis shows that 5 minutes treatment can reach its best effect.
