摘要
目的记录、分析青海省革螨和恙螨的组成、分布及其与疾病的关系,为预防控制鼠疫等自然疫源性疾病提供科学依据。方法结合鼠疫疫源地内动物、昆虫区系分布与种群结构的调查工作,采集动物体外寄生螨进行分类鉴定。结果青海省自6种鼠疫染疫动物体表和巢穴中调查到寄生革螨和恙螨55种,隶属于10科22属,占全省已知革螨和恙螨总数的47.01%,34种为古北种,两界兼有种21种;青海藏南亚区分布最多,达50种,黄土高原亚区和西部荒漠亚区分别为23种和11种,羌塘高原亚区发现的最少,目前仅3种。结论截止目前,尚未证实青海省一种螨类能自然感染鼠疫,螨类在该鼠疫疫源地内的作用和地位,有待进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the composition and distribution of gamasid and trombiculid mites in Qinghai , and its relationship with diseases to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling the natural focus diseases, such as plague and so on. Methods The parasite mites on the animals were collected to carry out classification and identification in combination with the investigation on faunal distribution of animals and insects, and population structure in plague foci. Results Total 55 species of gamasid and trombiculid mites were collected from the body surface and nest of 6 species of animals infected with plague in Qinghai Province, belonging to 22 genera of 10 families and occupying 47.01% of the mites known in the province. They were 34 species of palaearctic species and 21 species of the two realms in Qinghai. The most were distributed in Qinghai Tibet South Sup - region, about 50 species. There were 23 and 11 species in the Loess Plateau Sub - region and the west Desert Sub -region, respectively, and the least of 3 species were found in Qiang -Tang Plateau Sub - region. Conclusions Up to now, no mites have been confirmed to infect with plague naturally in Qinghai Province, and the function and status of mites need further studies.
