摘要
目的:为了了解应城市农产品及其生长环境中农药残留的现状。方法:2006年4月至2008年9月在应城市辖区内采集农产品及其生长环境样品10类共622份,进行21种农药残留量的检测。结果:农产品及其生长环境中农药残留检出率为19.61%,超标率为8.68%;检出率高低依次为猪肉>大米>蔬菜>茶叶>鱼>菜油>土壤>地表水>井水>莲藕,同一品种样品农药残留含量差别较大;不同样品农药残留差异显著,2χ=130.25,P<0.01。结论:应城市农产品及其生长环境中农药残留比较严重,部分样品中还检出了违禁农药,提示必须加强农药管理,控制农产品及环境中农药残留。
Objective:In order to understand the agricultural pesticide of Yingcheng city and its residues in the environment.Methods:From April 2006 to September 2008 in the urban area of Yingcheng city collected and the growth of agricultural products,environmental samples a total of 10 categories were 622,21 kinds of pesticide residue testing.Results:Agricultural products and the growth of pesticide residues in the environment with a detection rate of 19.61 percent,the standard rate of 8.68 percent;detection rate followed by porkricevegetablesleavesfishvegetable oilsoilsurface waterwaterlotus root,Pesticide residues in samples of the same species,large differences in content;different pesticide residues in samples of a significant difference,χ2=130.25,P0.01.Conclusion:Agricultural pesticide of Yingcheng city and its residues in the environment is more serious,some of the samples also detected a banned pesticide,suggesting the need to strengthen the management of pesticides to control agricultural and pesticide residues in the environment.
