摘要
目的:建立龙虾中草酸含量测定的离子色谱检测方法。方法:选用Shodex IC SI-52E阴离子分析柱,3.6 mmol的NaCO3为流动相,流速为0.7 ml/min,电导检测器。样品浸泡液经超滤后直接进样检测。结果:草酸浓度在0.05~0.8μg/ml范围内呈线性相关,回归方程为:Y=-202289X-4105.5,相关系数r=0.9995。该法的最低检出浓度为0.01μg/ml,回收率为95.6%~97.7%。通过检测,所有抽检样品均含有一定量的草酸,其分布范围在0.32~1.46 mg/kg之间,平均值为0.85 mg/kg。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,分离度好,可用于龙虾中草酸含量的检测。
Objective:An ICS method was applied to determine oxalic acid in crawfish.Methods:The method was based on ICS separation under the condition of isocartic eluent with 3.6 mmol NaCO3 and flow rate of 0.7 ml/min by using of the Shodex IC SI-52E analytic column and suppressed conductivity detector.Results:This method has a good relativity(r=0.9995),and the aclibration curve showed good linearity in range of 0.05~0.8 μg/ml.The mean recovery was between 95.6% and 97.7%,and the detection limit was 0.01 μg/ml.The trace oxalic acid was founded in every sample,and the range is between 0.32 mg/kg and 1.46 mg/kg,the average is 0.85 mg/kg.Conclusion:The advantages of this method are simple operation and high sensitivity,it can be applied and suitable for trace analysis of oxalic acid in crawfish.
