摘要
目的:通过对微波消解条件的优化研究,建立测定强化食品中钙、铁、锌的快速、简便预处理方法。方法:采用微波消解技术,在加热、加压条件下,用硝酸和过氧化氢彻底分解强化食品,消解后的样品用原子吸收分光光度法测定钙、铁、锌。结果:用微波消解技术处理强化食品,钙、铁、锌相对标准偏差分别小于2.43%、1.92%、1.74%,回收率分别为95.8%~102%、96.8%~103%、96.4%~103%。对标准物质GBW 07605测定,测定结果满意。结论:本方法操作简单,分析速度快,灵敏度精密度准确度较好,适用于强化食品的快速消解及钙、铁、锌的快速检测。
Objective:By optimizing the condition of microwave digestion,we establish a fast and simple pretreament method to determine the calcium,iron and zine in fortified foods.Methods:Used microwave digestion technique,digest the fortified foods by Nitrate and Peroxide in the heating,pressure conditions.Then use the method of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the calcium,iron and zine.Results:Dealing with the fortified foods by microwave digestion,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of calcium,iron and zine are less than 2.43%,1.92%,1.74%,and the recoveries of calcium is 95.8%~102%,the iron is 96.8%~103% and the zine is 96.4%~103%.the determination results of the reference materials GBW07605 is satisfaction.Conclusion:The advantage of microwave digeastion technology method operation is simple,analysis speed is fast and Sensitivity,Precision,Accuracy are fine.The microwave digestion technology is a ideal pretreatment technology to determine the lead in the fortified foods.
