摘要
以山东大学某大学综合楼为例，对其进行了详细的能源审计，获得了大学建筑物的能耗特点，分析了大学建筑物的节能潜力，综合利用各类节能技术，大学建筑可节能8％～12％。
Detailed building energy audit was reported through the case study on the complex building, at one university in Jinan city. The characteristics of building energy consumption for the university were showed. The energy-saving potential for the buildings was analyzed. The energy consumptions of the building could be decreased from eight percent to twelve percent by using energy-saving technology.
