摘要
政党制度作为国家的一项重要政治制度,是政治体制改革的重要内容之一。建构与重塑中国政党制度权威就是在现有政党体制的基础上,不断对其进行调整、完善,并确保政党制度在现实政治生活中得到彻底的贯彻执行、忠实的遵守和认同。政党制度权威的建构与重塑作为对政党制度的一种完善和发展,是政治体制改革的关键所在,是完善当代中国政治体制的契机。中国共产党在我国政治生活中居于特殊地位,中国政治体制的完善,关键在于共产党,核心在于政党制度权威的建构与重塑。中国共产党作为中国政党制度权威的主导,坚持中国共产党的领导是完善我国政治体制的基本原则之一。作为我国政党制度的特色和优势,多党合作和政治协商制度的完善是对中国政治体制的极大丰富和发展。
As an important political system, the political party system is an important part of political reformation. To construct and reconstruct the authority of Chinese political party system is to improve the politic system constantly in the actual politic life basing on the existing system,as well as the politic system is to be carried out,observed and identified completely. The construction and reconstruction of the authority is the development of political party system and the key of reformation. It is a moment of perfecting the Chinese political system. In Chinese political life, the Chinese Communist Party plays an important role. To improve Chinese political system, two parts must be taken into consideration： the Chinese Communist Party as the key, The construction and reconstruction of the party system authority as the core. To adhere to the leadership of the Chinese Com munist Party is a basic principle to improve Chinese political system, because the Communist Party of China is the domination to the authority of Chinese political party system. The system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation is the bright features and virtues of Chinese political party system. We should improve it to enrich and develop Chinese political system.
