文章阐述了医院改革的主要内容、任务和目标,包括区域卫生规划、医院管理体制、四大服务功能和社区医疗服务模式等;论述了医院经济管理的内容、任务和目标,包括医疗成本、医疗价格、补偿机制、经营管理和投资决策等。提出了提高医院经济管理水平的思路与对策。认为循序渐进地推进医院改革必须适应社会主义市场经济体制改革的总体要求,努力提高医院整体管理水平和经济实力,有力于促进医疗卫生事业发展。
The article elaborates the main contents, tasks and goals of hospital reform and economic administration, which included regional health planning, hospital administration system and community medical service models etc; Moreover, it is talked about medical cost, medical service price, compensation mechanism, operation administration and investment policy. The thinking and countermeasure to improve the administration level of hospital are put forward in the article. The author think it must adapt to the overall demand of socialist market economic system while pushing forward the hospital reform step by step, and it will be beneficial to the development of health enterprise by improving the whole level of hospital's administration and economic power
