髋关节置换术后近期疗效分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨髋关节置换术在髋臼骨缺损中近期疗效。方法对我院2006年3月～2008年10月行髋关节置换术的32例髋臼骨缺损患者进行随访,随访资料用Harris评分和髋关节X平片进行评估,通过术后随访资料进行总结和分析,初步了解、评价人工髋关节置换术在髋臼骨缺损中近期效果。结果32例患者随访时间为10￣25个月,平均17.5个月。X线片可见碎屑性植骨术后平均2.9个月后已经骨融合良好,带缝匠肌的髂骨瓣植骨重建髋臼术后平均3.2个月后已经骨融合良好,游离自体髂骨和股骨头术后平均4.5个月也已融合。患者术前Harris平均评分较术前具有统计学意义。结论髋臼骨缺损行髋关节置换术根据患者髋臼骨缺损分型不同,采取不同手术方法、植骨和髋臼重建方式,可有效提高Harris评分,改善预后。
