摘要
对不同控制方式下熔融碳酸盐燃料电池/微型燃气轮机(molten carbonate fuel cell/micro-gas turbine,MCFC/MGT)混合动力系统非设计工况下的运行特性进行了分析。为使混合动力系统在部分负荷时有好的运行特性,提出了不同的控制方式,并将系统和部件在不同控制方式下的运行特性进行了比较。结果表明,在不同的控制方式下系统的特性会发生明显的变化。其中,变转速控制使系统有较好的性能,但这种控制方式会导致压气机在低转速下发生喘振。对燃气轮机的分析结果表明,由于压损的增大以及压气机和透平效率的下降,最终导致燃气轮机的输出功下降。
This paper analyzed the performance of a power generation system composed of a pressurized molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) and a micro-gas turbine (MGT) working on part-load operations. Different control methods were mentioned in order to maintain high performance characteristics of the hybrid system during part-load operations The effect of different control methods on hybrid system and components was compared. The results show that the performance of hybrid system varies significantly with different control methods. The system has the best efficiency and power capacity when the variable speed gas turbine operation is conducted, but the compressor would cross the surge line when the shaft speed is lower. For the gas turbine it is difficult to obtain the original power due to the higher pressure loss and changed efficiency of compressor and turbine.
