摘要
目的探讨陈旧性会阴二度裂伤的修复方法及效果。方法对15例陈旧性会阴二度裂伤的患者进行了手术修复:采用局部浸润麻醉,会阴"V"形切口,去除裂伤瘢痕,于后壁粘膜下分离,缝合拉紧两侧提肛肌,后壁粘膜不作修剪,会阴伤口以"Z"成形技术修复。结果所有病人术后恢复顺利,无并发症,效果满意。结论重视陈旧性会阴二度裂伤的治疗,采用合适的术式尽早修复,对提高患者的生活质量十分有益。
Objective To discuss the methods and effects in repairing of obsolete perineal laceration with degree Ⅱ. Methods 15 cases suffered perineal laceration with degree Ⅱ were repaired. The relaxed levator ani was constrieted by suturing under vaginal mueosa. The lacerated pefineum was repaired by Z-shape plastic technique. Result The satisfactory results were obtained without complication in all cases. Conclusion The treatment of obsolete perineal laceration with degree Ⅱ should be considered seriously, the suitable surgical intervention is extremely beneficial to improve the patient＇s life quality as early as possible.
