摘要
目的总结Hartmann袋切开法的应用对胆囊三角区解剖困难的腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）的作用。方法48例LC患者在胆囊三角区解剖困难情况下采用Hartmann袋下缘切开法切除胆囊。结果48例均成功完成LC术,未发生胆道损伤,随访3~36个月未发现明显并发症。结论在胆囊三角区解剖困难时,采用Hartmann袋下缘切开法切除胆囊是一种安全的且能有效防止胆道损伤的方法。
Objective To study a safe method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） under the condition of difficult Calot triangle dissecting. Method 48 patients were operated with LC by incising the beneath of Hartmann＇s pouch while dissecting Calot triangle was difficult. Results All cases were completed with LC successfully without bile duct injury. No complication occurred during 3 to 36 months follow-up. Conclusion When dissecting the Calot triangle is difficult, it is a safe, effective method to incise the beneath of the Hartmann＇s pouch.
