摘要
目的:探讨切开复位内固定重建骨盆环治疗骨盆C型骨折的疗效和方法。方法:40例骨盆骨折按Tile分类确定为C型骨折,对前、后环严重损伤者行前路、后路或联合入路复位固定重建骨盆环。结果:随访36例,平均随访15个月。骨折愈合骨盆环无畸形,下地行走,无腰腿痛及步态异常。结论:骨盆C型骨折手术内固定,重建骨盆环方法恢复解剖关系,临床疗效满意。
Objective：To study the effects of open reduction and internal fixation for type C pelvic fractures. Methods：40 patients with type C pelvic fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The management included the anterior approach,the posterior approach, two approachs at the same time,which were adopted according to the severity of pelvic ring injuries. Results： Good results without morbidity were gained.Conclusion： The results are satisfied if type C pelvic fractures are treated by open reduction and internal fixation.
