摘要
分析了高效水炮泥的降尘机理,从润湿能力和表面张力两方面对不同浓度(添加剂与水的比例)的高效水炮泥溶液性能进行了实验室测定;通过现场应用试验,对高效水炮泥和普通水炮泥的降尘效果和沉降时间进行了对比分析,结果表明:在添加剂与水的质量比为0.1时,溶液的润湿能力大且表面张力小;与普通水炮泥相比,在炮掘工作面使用高效水炮泥时巷道内的呼吸性粉尘浓度降低40%~83.3%,全尘浓度降低41.9%~80.1%,完全沉降时间也明显降低。
With the dust suppression mechanism of highly effective water stemming ana- lyzed, a laboratory test is carried out on the performances of solutions of varied concentrations (i. e. additives to water ratio) of highly effective water stemming. This laboratory test is done focu- sing on two aspects of highly effective water stemming such as its moisturizing capacity and sur- face tension. On the basis of site application oriented test, a comparative analysis of dust sup- pression effects and dust settling time is produced between highly effective water stemming and general purpose stemming. The results show that when the weight ratio between additives and water is 0.1, the solution's moisturizing capacity is stronger while its surface tension is weaker. Compared with general purpose water stemming, the highly effective water stemming used in blast--heading faces offers 40% ~ 83.3~ respiratory dust suppression and 41.9% ~ 80.1% all dust suppression, while the complete dust settling time also decreases by big margin.
