摘要
目的:探讨不同b值磁共振扩散成像(DWI)技术对急性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法:分析、比较116例急性脑梗死患者的b=1000 s/mm2和b=2000 s/mm2DWI图像、常规T2加权像(T2WI)和T2加权压水像(T2WI-FLAIR)。结果:b=2000 DWI图像对脑梗死病灶的显示明显好于b=1000 DWI图像(P<0.05)。结论:高b值DWI可以更敏感地发现脑梗死病灶。
Objective:To explore the value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) with different b values in diagnosing acute cerebral infarction.Methods: Two weightings(b=1000,2000 s/mm2) were applied in 116 acute cerebral infarction patients in DWI and the T2WI and T2WI-FLAIR imaging scans were performed as well.Results: When compared with the DWI image scanning with low b value(b=1000 s/mm2),DWI image scanning with high b value(b=2000 s/mm2) can more sensitively reveal infarcted lesions in patients of acute cerebral infarction in early stage(P0.05).Conclusion: Acute cerebral infarction can be demonstrated earlier and more clearly by the images of DWI with high b values.
