摘要
目的：探讨面部中小面积软组织缺损的修复方法。方法：26例面部中小面积软组织缺损的患者，分别采用菱形皮瓣、颞侧眼轮匝肌皮瓣、鼻唇沟皮瓣、额部眶上血管束岛状皮瓣、上睑眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣、推进皮瓣、颏下血管岛状皮瓣进行创面的修复，对不同部位缺损可供选择的皮瓣及皮瓣的设计进行总结分析。结果：术后随访3个月～6年，26例局部皮瓣均成活，皮肤癌患者局部无复发，外形效果满意。结论：合理选择、设计局部皮瓣修复面部中小面积软组织缺损能取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the application of local flap in reconstruction of small and medium-sized defects in facial regions. Methods From 1999 -2008, 26 patients undergoing reconstruction of small and medium-sized defects in facial regions with different local flaps, including rhomboid flap, the pedicle temporal orbieularis ocul myocutaneous flap, nasolabial groove flaps, superior orbital frontal neurovascular bundle island flap, the upper eyelid musculocutaneous flap, advanced flap, and submental vascular island flap were summarized. Options of different flaps and flap designs were analyzed. Results All of the 26 flaps survived well postoperatively with satisfactory aesthetic and functional results. Conclusion Local flap is a good option for the treatment of small and medium-sized defects of soft tissue in facial region.
