摘要
目的评价重建锁定钢板治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的治疗效果。方法对2006年3月至2009年2月间应用重建锁定钢板内固定手术治疗的21例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组21例均获得随访,随访时间为3个月～3年,平均12个月;骨折经3～6个月均愈合(平均4.1月);骨折复位:优15例、良3例、可2例、差1例,优良率为85.7%;功能恢复:优16例、良3例、可1例、差1例,优良率为90.4%。结论重建锁定钢板内固定是治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of treatment for unstable pelvic fractures with pelvic-reconstructed locking plate fixation retrospectively.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to evaluate 21 cases of unstable pelvic fractures that were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with pelvic-reconstructed locking plate in the period of March 2006 to February 2009.Results A mean follow-up of 12 months （ranged from 3 to 36 months） was performed in 21 cases.The outcomes of reduction were excellent in 15 cases,good in 3,fair in 2,and poor in 1,with an excellent and good rate of 85.7% and the functional outcomes were excellent in 16 cases,good in 3,fair in 1,and poor in 1,with an excellent and good rate of 90.4%.Conclusion Reduction and fixation with pelvic-reconstructed locking plate is an excellent method in the treatments of unstable pelvic fractures.
