摘要
研究了ZnO/Y2O3复合添加剂对75%氧化铝基陶瓷烧结性、体积密度、抗折强度和物相组成的影响。结果表明:当ZnO/Y2O3为1∶0.3时,在1290℃烧结后,样品的性能可达到:抗折强度149.9 MPa和体积密度3.16 g.cm-3。XRD分析结果表明:ZnO/Y2O3不同比例复合时,锌铝尖晶石相、钙长石相和刚玉相发生了较大变化,从而影响了材料的性能。
Sintering behavior, bulk density, bending strength and phases of the alumina-based ceramics with ZnO/Y2 03 addition were investigated. The results showed that after sintering at 1290℃, the bending strength and the bulk density of the composite sample with the addition of ZnO/Y2O3 ( 1 : 0.3 ) was 149.9 MPa and 3. 16 g .cm-3, respectively. XRD analysis indicated that the ratio of ZnO/Y2O3 influenced the amount of the alumina, zinc-aluminium spinel and an- orthite phases so as to affect the properties of the alumina-based ceramics.
